Spectacular location, fully functional and well soundproofed rooms and fair staff. The bed was big and it was great having coffee/tea making machines and soundproofing. Everything was nice as expected, yet the bathroom was a bit small. Really cute hotel, good value, what else to wish for.

Calm place, reasonably clean, original rooms and loyal staff. Truly special view, a big balcony, comfy bed, too. Plenty of outstanding food for meals. Location was ideal, 0.5 km to Queenstown airport, perfectly reachable. The main bar was roomy and the drinks were cool

Appreciated almost every detail, including staff and amenities, they were beautiful. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Queenstown.

the rooms were soundproof, it was fairly clean and huge venue. gorgeous view of lakefront. lots of food for breakfast, food was healthy.

Great position, amazing views. We were upgraded to a de luxe, good bonus. The place is 0.8 miles away from Queenstown downtown.

A bit noisy street. The bed was awful here.

Luxury place, you know. The best part was the spectacular view of the mountain. Lake Wakatipu is not far from the hotel. To grab a bite visit Vendome Paris, it is located close by.

The sunny balcony where we could see Lake Wakatipu. We came to Queenstown for skiing, can't find anything wrong for this hotel: )
